It is place where different types of plants, animals and birds are conserve.This area helps us to protect, conserve the rare species of organisms. This conservation area is maintained by foreign organization. This conservation area is located near to Katmandu in a place named Godawari. ICIMOD is also a demonstration and training center. It is an area where it is covered with big forest and teaches us how to preserve and be friendly with the natural things. It gives different training like, to collect water for different purpose, uses herbs and shrubs in medicinal purpose. It is knowledge developing center which serves countries: Nepal, Bhutan, China, India etc. The conservation of living creature, nature is its aim or its main point for its establishment. their aim is also to assist mountain people to understand these natural change.
